Due to an increase in workload and volume, they are currently looking to secure an experienced Vendor Compliance Coordinator to join their friendly, supportive and down-to-earth Procurement team on a temporary basis. The role: Reporting to the National Procurement Manager, this position focuses on ensuring vendors are onboarded, compliant, and contractually prepared to support ongoing service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and compliance process for vendors Maintain vendor documentation including insurances, certifications, and licences Operate and manage a central vendor management system Draft and issue vendor contracts, notices, and updates in line with policy Manage the Credit Application process Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve queries and support operations Ensure new vendor set-up is completed and compliant What We're Looking For: Previous experience in vendor or supplier coordination Strong organisational and administrative skills and high attention to detail Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and deliver in a timely manner Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools Our client is looking to secure someone to start ASAP, so don’t miss out.
