All Lift Hallam Vic workshop is currently looking for hard working and dedicated experienced Mechanical Engineering Technician to join their team. Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting in diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in forklifts and other material handling or access equipment under the supervision of Mechanical Engineers. Supporting the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components. Selecting appropriate tools, testing instruments, and diagnostic equipment for servicing and inspecting machinery. Assembling and modifying mechanical parts and hydraulic systems based on technical drawings and specifications. Conducting performance testing and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Collaborating with engineers and technicians to develop practical solutions for equipment faults and improvements. Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repair work. Following safety protocols and engineering standards during all tasks. Skills and Experience: Relevant qualification Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field At least two years relevant experience.
