About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated Client Services Associate to join our Perth team and play a critical role in supporting private wealth advisers with high-quality administrative and client service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: End-to-end administrative support across the advice process Document preparation and data entry Implementation and placing of trades Reporting and CRM management Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery You’ll be a key ambassador of our values by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating the integrity and care that defines our client relationships.
