What there is Secure a full-time role That feel-good feeling to help people who need it - we are Values driven Hybrid working opportunities for the right people who have suitable home equipment (once fully trained) Purpose of the role The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining Tunstall’s current key accounts, generating business within their assigned accounts, and creating new business opportunities. They maintain knowledge and awareness of Tunstall products, services and pricing structures to determine how best to service and motivate key accounts to stay and help encourage new business to join. They provide a high-quality end-to-end customer service experience by providing a single point of contact for the customer and being a face of Tunstall to our wonderful clients. Responsibilities Be a first point of contact for Tunstall's key client groups Develop long-term relationships and build rapport with new and existing clients Pursue new business opportunities throughout Australia Run stakeholder meetings with key client groups Respond to emails and calls promptly, providing outstanding customer service Write proposals, produce quotes, develop the scope of work and follow up on alarm installations Work closely with internal teams and across departments to ensure delivery requirements are met according to customer expectations Experience and Requirements Proven experience in sales and customer service Good understanding of CRM's and ability to utilise CRM effectively in a sales driven organisation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong influencing and negotiating skills Technically competent and able to learn new technologies, products and systems relevant to the role Can confidentially present to groups Previous experience in a health or aged care environment is highly regarded Able to travel interstate to facilitate business growth and strengthen client relationships Diversity & Inclusion We’re passionate about ensuring our team reflects the brilliant and unique qualities of the people and communities we support.
