Your Role Respond to buyer enquiries with professionalism and care Guide local and interstate buyers, including first home buyers and seasoned investors, from enquiry to contract Maintain accurate Salesforce records Support a polished, welcoming sales suite environment Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and project teams What You Bring Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to work independently and within a team Weekend availability with some flexibility Local knowledge or ties to South Brisbane are a plus Experience in off-the-plan residential sales or luxury customer service preferred Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage but not essential Why This Role?
