You’ll collaborate with experts across workplace strategy, design and architecture, project management, and cutting-edge technology services to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing end-to-end account and transaction management across large-scale industrial portfolios. Managing lease terms, critical dates, renewals, and rent reviews with precision. Coordinating subtenant invoicing, arrears management, and outgoing charges. Preparing legal lease instructions and reviewing lease documentation. Maintaining and enhancing leasehold and freehold property databases. Producing detailed monthly reports that drive strategic decision-making. Supporting transaction activity and ensuring seamless data management via MRI and Visual Databases.
