The successful candidate will support the Head of Department and other staff with sports, coaching needs, logistics and preparation & set-up for sports and sporting events. Selection Criteria: Strong leadership skills to motivate students, teams and effective communication to convey strategies and provide feedback. Proficiency in planning and setting-up events such as carnivals, preparations for sports and sporting events, and team logistics. A passion for ongoing professional development. Dedication to mentoring students, emphasising teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. The ability to create an inclusive and respectful environment for students and players of diverse backgrounds. Availability to work outside of school hours as needed. Effective communication and collaboration skills across different levels (parents, students, staff, administration). Initiative and capacity to work with minimal supervision. Capability to handle stressful and demanding situations Essential Criteria: A personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ. Active participation in a church or Christian community, exemplifying Christian beliefs, behaviour, and practices. Acceptance of the College’s Statement of Faith. Ability to build cooperative and supportive relationships with the Board, Principal, staff, students, and parents. Commitment to personal best practice.
