What Is Expected: Supervise and support workshop staff, prioritize repairs, and ensure safety and productivity. Coordinate maintenance activities, manage parts procurement, and liaise with OEMs and suppliers. Provide hands-on maintenance assistance during staff shortages or equipment failures. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Volvo prime movers preferred but not essential; background in road transport equipment beneficial. Effective communicator, maintaining calmness and respect in stressful situations.
