You could be stepping in to cover parental leave, supporting a seasonal push, or helping a brand refine its funnel strategy. What you’ll be doing Planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic. Managing budgets and maximising ROI through smart targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing. Tracking and analysing campaign performance using tools like GA4, Tag Manager, and platform-specific dashboards. Partnering with content, creative, and web teams to ensure campaigns land with the right message, at the right time, for the right audience. Producing clear, actionable reports for stakeholders, with recommendations backed by data. We’re looking for 3 years’ experience in performance marketing, paid search, or digital acquisition. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, conversion funnels, and attribution. Proven track record of hitting growth or acquisition targets in a commercial environment. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
