Location: Melbourne (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office) Contract: 3–6 months | Start ASAP We’re looking for a hands-on digital marketer who’s comfortable wearing a few hats. This is a contract role in a busy Melbourne marketing team where you’ll be rolling up your sleeves on everything from paid ads and SEO to email automation and reporting. Open to any industry background for this position. What you’ll be doing: Running campaigns end-to-end across paid search, social, display, and email Keeping the website in shape, updating content, improving SEO, and making sure landing pages convert Creating briefs for creative assets and working with designers to get them delivered on time Tracking results through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager, then making data-driven tweaks Working closely with sales and product teams to make sure messaging hits the mark Pulling together reports after each campaign to share what worked (and what we’ll do better next time) What we’re after: At least 4 years’ experience in a digital marketing role with a good spread across channels Comfortable running your own campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Solid understanding of SEO and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Sitecore, etc.) Strong copywriting skills for digital audiences Someone who can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball You’ll like this if: You enjoy variety, you’re not afraid to get into the detail, and you like seeing the direct impact of your work.
