Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines. Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project. Skills and Experience Minimum 4 years’ experience minimum as a Project Manager Experience working on fit out and construction projects, including structures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Australian working rights We are looking for Project Managers across the board in fit out and construction.
