We're looking for a proactive and capable Facilities Administrator to join a well-established team in North Sydney on a temporary 8-week contract. This is a full-time, on-site position with the potential for extension. You’ll be the go-to person for all things facilities, working closely with the Business Services Manager to ensure the office runs smoothly and safely. What you’ll be doing: Liaising with building management, suppliers, and tradespeople Helping with small internal projects like hot desk pod setups or reorganising hardware Supervising contractors onsite Reviewing cleaning schedules and contractor jobsheets Supporting the Events Manager with venue set-up as needed Keeping internal procedures and documentation up to date Providing general support to the Business Services Manager and COO What we're looking for: Internal facilities management experience Solid understanding of WHS and fire compliance Comfortable coordinating trades and dealing with building-related issues Confident using tools like Jira for task tracking and Confluence or similar intranet platforms Tech-savvy with good AV knowledge for meeting room setups Practical, logical, and hands-on Strong communicator who’s organised and works well independently Role Details: Location: North Sydney (on-site) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Contract: 8 weeks (could extend), with ASAP start Rate: $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience WHV holders considered.
