With a strong reputation for excellence, innovation, and delivering exceptional results for landlords and retailers, they offer a collaborative and supportive environment where people are empowered to succeed. your role This Retail Property Manager/Administration Manager position will be based on-site at one primary centre, while also supporting another within the same portfolio. You’ll provide high-level administrative support to the Centre Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both sites. Key responsibilities include: Managing accounts receivable and payable, including arrears control and reconciliations. Coordinating monthly billing, rent escalations, and ad-hoc tenant charges. Maintaining accurate tenancy schedules and lease documentation. Assisting with marketing event coordination and casual leasing administration. Supporting daily operations, contractor liaison, and HSE matters. your advantage The following skills and experience are highly advantageous: Strong background in administration, ideally within retail, property, or centre management. Proficiency with financial processes including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks. High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and reporting.
