We provide end-to-end services including scaffold design, supply, installation, and project management. We’re expanding our Design & Estimating team and are looking for Trainee Designers & Estimators eager to learn, as well as Experienced Designers & Estimators ready to lead. All roles report directly to our Design & Estimating Coordinator, a highly experienced scaffolding professional who will provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support. This is a chance to work on projects ranging from straightforward access scaffolds to complex industrial structures. Trainees will receive structured training in scaffold design and estimating. Experienced candidates will step straight into delivering high-quality designs and accurate project estimates, while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities (scope will vary depending on experience) Prepare scaffold drawings and layouts using AutoCAD, Avontus, or other scaffold design software. Interpret project specs, drawings, and regulations to create safe, compliant designs. Produce accurate estimates for labour, materials, and hire costs. Maintain accurate project records in SharePoint Design Register. Liaise with site supervisors, project managers, and clients. Attend site visits and meetings as required. Contribute to bids, proposals, and project delivery plans (including safety and risk considerations). What We’re Looking For Trainee Applicants: Interest in scaffolding, construction, or technical design. For Design-focused trainees: minimum 2 years scaffolding experience & any scaffolding ticket. For Estimating-focused trainees: no prior experience required. Basic to intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel; CAD experience a bonus). White Card preferred; WA driver’s licence essential. Experienced Applicants: Proven scaffolding design and estimating experience in WA or similar markets. Proficient in CAD and/or scaffold-specific software (AutoCAD, BricsCAD, Avontus, P2W).
