Mobile Plant Operators - 3/1 FIFO | Civil Mining Projects Project kicking off Mid August | 4 Crews Required | 3/1 Roster Direct Permanent Hire With A Leading Civil Contractor Work Alongside A Great Crew In A Strong Team Environment Earthworks & Pipelines - Rio Site Project About The Role Operate a variety of mobile plant across earthworks and pipeline projects in a civil mining environment Work alongside polywelders to support large-scale construction activities Plant includes: - Excavators (20-50T) - Front end Loaders (CAT 966 / WA500) - Graders, Moxys, Watercarts, Rollers (please note you must be proficient on a grader, loader or excavator for a moxy/water cart/ roller position) Be flexible and willing to operate multiple machines as required - all-rounder/ancillary operators highly valued Final trim experience is highly regarded Permanent from day one under a fixed-task, project-based assignment Located in Newman on a consistent 3/1 FIFO roster Whats on Offer? This is a full-time role offered on a fixed-task contract , tied to the delivery of a significant, high-profile project. You'll be employed directly with us, with full-time hours, leave entitlements, and job security for the life of the project - all while contributing to a career-defining build.
