Advance Thinking is seeking a Lead Solution Architect (Customer Channel) to join a major enterprise client currently delivering a large-scale digital and operational transformation program. This senior role provides architectural leadership across critical business platforms in highly regulated sectors, including health, aged care, financial services, and digital member services. About the Role You’ll be responsible for leading architecture strategy and oversight across multiple domains. Working closely with business leaders, product owners, and executive stakeholders, you’ll align enterprise vision with delivery roadmaps and ensure architectural consistency across transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Drive architecture vision and governance across multiple portfolios Guide solution development to ensure alignment with enterprise blueprints and business goals Mentor and lead architects and SMEs across programs Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence strategic direction Oversee architecture patterns, standards, and compliance in delivery Desirable Experience Extensive experience across domains such as: Health Care Services (community and clinical care platforms) Financial Services (investments, insurance, banking) Health Insurance (CRM, claims, portal ecosystems) Digital Member Services (self-service, engagement tools) Technology-Managed Services (cloud, integration, cyber, platforms) Digital channels, origination, CRM front-end 10 years in architecture, including 3 years in a lead or practice management role Strong stakeholder engagement skills (including C-level) Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and complex vendor ecosystems Relevant certifications (TOGAF, ITIL) preferred This is a rare opportunity to lead architecture across a high-impact transformation with wide-ranging influence across essential Australian industries.
