Atlas Recruitment are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead the operations of a large-scale data centre facility. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all technical services activities, including electrical, mechanical, and fire protection systems , within a mission-critical environment. You will lead a skilled technical team responsible for maintenance, incident response, change management, and vendor performance, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and long-term infrastructure reliability. This role sits within the Critical Data Services (CDS) Operations team and reports to the Senior Data Centre Manager. To be successful in this role you will need: Australian Citizen with eligibility to obtain NV1 Security Clearance (essential). Proven experience supervising or coordinating technical staff and multiple stakeholders. Strong background in critical infrastructure operations (data centre experience highly regarded, but not essential). Demonstrated financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Management Systems (EMS) . Excellent leadership, incident management, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of compliance requirements, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
