Developing contracting correspondence including complex, commercially sensitive reports, submissions, contract change proposals and other documents as required. Experience working in complex and challenging environments. Experience working in a complex stakeholder system. Proven commercial and business acumen with an ability to build appropriate and effective business relationships. Highly effective communication, both formally and informally, including advanced technical writing skills. Initiative in keeping personal skills up to date, maintaining awareness of industry developments and pursuing continuous improvement opportunities. Ability to analyse, design, plan, execute, and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets while assessing and evaluating risk. Essential Experience and / or Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Law, Business, Commerce, Finance, Contract Management and/or Procurement. More than 8 years' experience in Commercial Management or Contract Management. Comprehensive understanding of Australian Government procurement processes and procedures. Very strong written and oral communication skills.
