What We’re Looking For: We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Asset Information analyst to join Icon Water to play a key role in analysing, remediating, and managing work and asset management data across Icon Water. This role provides ongoing support, maintenance, and issue resolution to enable data-driven optimisation of asset lifecycle management. About this role: Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Provide specialist input to the development of asset and information strategy, policy and procedure Enable continual improvement of asset information systems and business processes Asset data onboarding and maintenance, and Maintain and improve asset data quality and data stewardship. Who we are looking for: We’re seeking a dedicated individual who has the relevant qualifications in Data Management, Asset Management, Business Intelligence or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. You will need to have experience in stakeholder management and working across different business units. You will also need to have: Extensive knowledge of Works and Asset Management systems Extensive experience in data analysis and proven ability to identify, define and document data management activities, processes, workflows and requirements Experience working with Office 365, Business Intelligence reporting tools, data migration and data quality assurance tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Broad knowledge of Asset Management practices, particularly in a Water Utilities context Knowledge of development and execution of a data governance frameworks within an organisation Knowledge of Icon Water’s Maintenance and Operations processes is desirable.
