Roster Administrator (Relief) – Human Resources Do you have a desire to take up a new and exciting challenge? If so, we want to hear from you! We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and business minded individual to work in a relief capacity as a Roster Administrator. In addition to creating and publishing rosters, you will work alongside the Human Resources team and gain exposure to various elements of the HR function. The successful applicant would be provided with full on the job training and refresher training as required. What does a Roster Administrator do? This position is responsible for drafting and publishing the rosters for 500 employees as well as recording and processing leave requests from all staff. This role also requires you to process time manager approvals to be submitted for the weekly payroll. The relief Roster Administrator will work on an as needs basis to cover the Roster Specialist. . This position may also assist with general HR enquiries and administrative duties. Who's right for the job? Someone with a strong understanding of how our business and it’s various departments operate or someone who is studying/interested in learning more about Human Resources. This role suits someone who has sound computer literacy, the maturity to work autonomously, excellent time management and someone who understands the importance of maintaining strict confidentiality. What do you need to be considered?
