This full-time position is crucial to ensuring smooth inventory operations, accurate stock reporting, and timely coordination between internal departments, suppliers, and transport partners. About The Role Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve inventory queries Manage stock receiving, processing, and data entry Investigate and rectify negative stock and below-cost reports Process stock journals and raise purchase orders as required Track and coordinate deliveries of imported and local goods Maintain inventory levels aligned with sales and production needs Handle inter-branch transfers and documentation for imported stock Support daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory reporting Coordinate stocktakes (weekly, monthly, yearly) Assist with customer and supplier phone enquiries Maintain accurate inventory records and vendor details in accounting systems About You: 2 years experience in inventory control, accounting, or bookkeeping (construction industry experience preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable working independently and within a close-knit team Confident, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities Skilled in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced) Experience with Microsoft Navision Financials is a plus Strong attitude toward accountability, consistency, and punctuality This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is keen to contribute to the success of a growing team.
