About the Role Workskil Australia is a national provider of Employment Services delivering the Australian Government’s Workforce Australia program. The program is playing a critical role in Australia’s economic recovery by getting people back into work. We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Team leader who is action-oriented, resilient and customer focused to lead and manage a team of Customer Service Consultants based in our Adelaide CBD Call Centre. This role is being offered on a full time and ongoing basis. You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full-time employee in addition to the ability to salary package. About You To be successful in the role you will be able to: Demonstrate experience within a Customer Service Contact Centre or Employment Services Industry; Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships with a diverse range of customers, employers and staff; Demonstrate experience of leading a team, good understanding of people management processes and managing KPI’s; Demonstrate a passion for people leadership, coaching & development and the ability to drive team engagement; Prove your ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs; Demonstrate your ability to use the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to type (minimum 30 words per minute). Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to communicate verbally and in writing complex administration procedures; and Demonstrate your ability to work under pressure. You will also be required to: Have at least three years’ experience in Employment Services and in a management/team leading role; and Hold a Certificate IV in Leadership or Management.
