The Position : Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Hexagon Mining, in a newly created role we are seeking a General Manager Southern APAC (including Australia, PNG, New Caledonia and New Zealand) . This role will see you join our APAC leadership team, in a position pivotal to our strategic growth; To become a trusted partner with our customers, providing advanced technological solutions that support industry demands on mining production In this role you will be responsible for driving key growth objectives, developing a comprehensive sales strategy and growth plan that strengthens existing customer relationships while identifying new revenue streams to advance our market position in the evolving mining technology ecosystem. What You Bring Technical Experience: Background in sales/business development within medium-scale businesses, ideally in Mining Technology, OEM, or consulting/services within the mining sector Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility Demonstrated success in driving sales performance through process optimization and operational efficiency Proven experience leading small to medium-sized sales teams through growth and change, building cohesive, results-driven cultures Demonstrated success in growing business sales performance, through optimizing sales process and improving divisional operating efficiencies.
