This role is Perth-based , working from our prestigious real estate office in the Perth CBD at least 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder. ✨ Why This Role Rocks Hybrid role— 3 days in our Perth CBD office , balance from home Transparent, uncapped bonus structure with clear monthly targets CSO support (overseas staff) provided optional CSM support (local support staff/trainee brokers) available—CSM cost added to your target if requested Handle a diverse mix of lending—commercial property, business lending, development finance, and more All aggregator, membership, insurance, and software fees covered by Fundd Clear Pathways Program to grow into commission-only or franchise ownership Key Responsibilities Manage complex commercial finance transactions from enquiry to settlement Structure and negotiate deals with multiple lenders for optimal client outcomes Maintain compliance, manage timelines, and liaise with stakeholders at all stages Build and maintain referral relationships to develop your own client pipeline Collaborate with internal team members and contribute to best practices Utilize company-supplied leads alongside your own business development Salary & Bonus Structure Base salary super aligned to your monthly revenue target: $70k → $12k/month target $80k → $14k/month target $90k → $16k/month target $100k → $18k/month target $110k → $20k/month target $120k → $22k/month target How bonus works: You earn 50% of revenue generated over your monthly target (uncapped) Example: If your target is $18k and you write $30k, you’re $12k over → $6,000 bonus.
