Who are we looking for We are seeking individuals with a strong history and extensive experience in leading and supporting teams responsible for, enterprise service design, driving business transformation, providing data driven business analysis and insights in support of transformation and change and designing and delivering effective and innovative solutions and continuous improvement and optimisation that aligns to strategic business outcomes and supports organisational uplift. The key duties of the position include Directors within the Transformation Division, dependant on the role, may be expected to: Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of initiatives that drive transformation and innovation. Lead either a Service Design, Experience and Insights function, an Enterprise-wide Business Transformation and Analysis function or oversee project delivery, governance and risk for the Division Oversee the design, delivery and continuous improvement of services, processes and systems to uplift organisational performance and capability. Embed best practice in design thinking, business analysis, change management, risk management, priority tracking, business rhythm activities and project delivery. Apply best practice methodologies to solve business problems, improve processes, and support optimal service delivery. Build strong partnerships and drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements. Develop effective and innovative solutions, informed by data and insights, in the context of AUSTRAC's strategic priorities. Shape organisational capability in business analysis, process improvement Lead cross-functional teams and build high-performing, inclusive and collaborative work environments. Manage risk, dependencies and resources, ensuring priorities are clear, focused, and outcomes are successful and tracked. Represent the division and/or AUSTRAC at meetings, interdepartmental committees, conferences and other forums.
