Reporting to the Program Director of Service Design this role sits within the Business Delivery Branch. You will be joining a dynamic, fast paced branch who are curious and open to new ways of working. The Manager Process Optimisation will lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the public sector. Description Be responsible for leading, developing and implementing a Process Optimisation capability which takes a value stream, end to end view. Build, implement and execute appropriate process frameworks to understand current state and drive process optimisation. Evaluate key processes and end to end process re-engineering in line with business priorities and strategy. Prioritise key process areas for optimisation in collaboration with business stakeholders. Profile A successful Manager Process Optimisation should have: Proven track record of using project methodologies and business analysis approaches to implement process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
