Australia's most prestigious Private Members Club: The Brisbane Club, is in search of a qualified Wine Cellar Assistant for their multi-award winning Wine Cellar.
This sought after role records and monitors the movement of wine and beverage stock throughout the Club, as well as providing Members access to our premium wine collection.
This is a unique opportunity to learn from hospitality experts, and grow your operational knowledge.
The minimum experience required for consideration:
- 3 years experience working within a 5 star beverage or wine environment.
- Above average computer skills, preferably at tertiary level.
- Exceptional domestic and international wine knowledge (this is non-negotiable).
- Superior work ethic and job commitment, including excellent personal presentation.
This is a Monday to Friday role with some evening work required from time to time.
