The Role We are seeking a full-time Sales Analyst to support our leadership team with data analysis and sales performance insights. The successful candidate will evaluate trends, generate reports, and help drive strategic decisions through effective use of CRM and sales data. Salary is $80,000 - $95,000 plus Superannuation. Key Responsibilities: Analyse sales data and generate performance reports and dashboards Provide insights into customer behaviour, product trends, and market opportunities Support budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning Maintain and improve CRM tools and reporting processes Collaborate with management and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies Support integration of analytics into B2B and wholesale strategy Provide analytics of product mix and portfolio management Maintain a current list of products and suppliers to support contingency sourcing Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or another field with strong analytical or commercial components will be considered. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales analytics or data reporting roles Strong skills in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio, CRM platforms) Familiarity with Bitrix24 and warehouse inventory management Excellent analytical and communication skills Familiarity with international supply chains and European markets Proficiency in additional European languages would be an advantage given the company's connections with suppliers and partners in Europe.
