We’re looking for a positive, motivated customer service superstar who’s ready to join a growing business where your contribution truly matters. Responsibilities may include but not limited to: · Delivering a professional and friendly service to customers · Preparing quotes and processing orders · Manage and grow a portfolio of internal accounts. · Make outbound calls to customers and prospects · Handle inbound sales enquiries – phone & website · Cross-sell and up-sell products to reach individual KPI’s and business targets · Log details of all customer interactions in the CRM system What you will need to be successful: · Proven experience in B2B / Tele sales and meeting sales KPI’s · Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on effective listening and tactful questioning to understand customer requirements. · Positive mindset with excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills · Highly organized with strong time & task management skills · Competitive nature and hunger for sales · Advanced proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) · CRM experience highly desirable What's in it for you?
