This role is pivotal in enhancing brand presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting growth objectives through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will require a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. This role is responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing online presence, creating engaging content, and supporting local outreach efforts. The annual salary for this position is $76,600 to $78,000. Designing, developing, and managing advertising strategies and campaigns to align with sales goals and drive revenue growth. Providing guidance to executives and customers on practical advertising approaches to target key audiences, build brand awareness, and highlight product or service benefits. Overseeing the creation and execution of advertising materials, including artwork, copywriting, media scripts, and video production, while ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget limits. Examining consumer behaviour data and purchasing trends to inform marketing decisions. Forecasting current and emerging consumer trends to adapt marketing strategies proactively. Researching market demand and characteristics for both new and existing products, utilising data analysis and statistical insights. Facilitating business expansion by developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, policies, and initiatives. Initiating and managing market research projects to uncover new market opportunities and validate product positioning. Offering expert advice on all facets of marketing, including product strategy, pricing models, promotional tactics, sales techniques, and distribution channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure marketing alignment and maximise impact. Monitoring competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and adapt marketing efforts accordingly.
