About the role Coordinate quality assurance activities for dry goods and supplier performance at the TWE Barossa Packaging Centre. This role ensures compliance, manages supplier-related issues, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance external quality outcomes. - Coordinate site-based quality activities for dry goods suppliers - Monitor and report supplier performance using quality metrics - Manage quality incidents and cost recovery processes - Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and improve processes - Support compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company standards - Assist in sourcing strategies and supplier relationship management About you The ideal candidate will have: - A minimum of 1-2 years FMCG experience - Having an understanding of procurement and planning software is highly beneficial - Detail-oriented ensuring accuracy in quality data, compliance, and supplier communications - Strong communicator, you will be able to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers - Problem solver, you will be able to tackle quality issues with root cause analysis and continuous improvement mindset - Organised and adaptable, you have experience in managing multiple priorities and coordinating across departments - Collaborative, you work well within cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships The Supply Way Our Supply Brand Vision is to be the custodians of TWE's present and future, and the partner of choice for our divisions, customers and suppliers.
