Proven Industry Experience: With 5 years in hospitality leadership Hands-on expertise in all aspects of restaurant operations—from front-of-house finesse to behind-the-scenes logistics. KPI-Driven Performance: Meeting and exceeding company KPIs Record of improving service speed Customer satisfaction scores, Cost-efficiency across staffing and inventory. Operational Mastery: Understanding the rhythm of daily restaurant life Service flow Monitoring cleanliness and compliance Resolving issues with calm confidence.
