Working in a vibrant boutique hotel environment, home to the renowned Bird’s Basement, you’ll prepare and present high-quality dishes for breakfast, in-room dining, and event service, ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen at its best. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistent, high standard. Assist in breakfast, room service, and event menus. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment. Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. Support stock management, rotation, and waste minimisation. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
