You'll be: Managing confidential employee data with precision and care Managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes Adapting HR policies and procedures to individual client needs Preparing employment agreements and on-boarding documentation Support payroll administration activities Salary benchmarking and employee surveys What Type of Person Will Be Successful We're looking for an experienced HR Officer who thrives on: Utilising strong technical HR knowledge and administrative skills Ability to interpret awards and employment standards Proficiency with Office 365 including SharePoint Exceptional attention to detail A proactive and customer-focused approach Passion for continuous learning and improvement Formal qualifications i.e. Cert IV or higher in HR would be highly regarded but not essential If you are open to considering roles such as HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, HR Advisor or HR Support Specialist, we want to hear from you!
