Recycling Equip Pty Ltd is an established supplier of recycling and demolition equipment based in Mayfield New South Wales 2304. It is widely recognised for providing high-quality machinery and expert advice to the resource recovery and demolition industries, with a strong focus on performance, sustainability, and professional standards. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Promoting and selling a wide range of demolition and recycling equipment, including excavator attachments (grabs, pulverisers, breakers, shears) and mobile separation technologies to new and existing clients. Assessing clients' operational needs in the resource recovery and demolition sectors and recommending appropriate machinery and technologies to maximise productivity and cost-effectiveness. Compiling and maintaining a database of prospective clients, including recycling facilities and demolition companies, through directories, industry networks, and targeted outreach. Visiting client sites to demonstrate equipment capabilities and identify opportunities for in-situ resource recovery solutions and sustainability-focused demolition practices. Providing technical advice and product comparisons, drawing on in-depth knowledge of various brands and equipment types to help clients make informed purchasing decisions. Quoting prices, negotiating sales terms, and processing equipment orders, ensuring all client requirements are accurately captured and met. Coordinating the delivery and installation of equipment, ensuring timelines and operational needs are supported with minimal disruption to client workflows. Following up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction with equipment performance, and resolving any issues related to operation, maintenance, or spare parts. Monitoring market developments, competitor activity, and evolving client needs, and reporting trends and sales opportunities to management. Preparing and submitting detailed sales reports, including client interactions, market insights, and business expenses incurred during sales activities.
