As the Marketing Coordinator , based on the Gold Coast, you will support our Accor Apartments & Realty Business Unit by assisting hotel properties with the development and implementation of marketing plans and initiatives. You will play a key part in promoting and championing our portfolio’s hotel brands, ensuring alignment with our business goals and driving impactful results. Applications close on 16th August 2025. Primary Responsibilities Support marketing, loyalty initiatives or projects as directed by Director of Commercial Shared Services, Director of Hotel Marketing & Loyalty or Marketing Manager. Support with execution of marketing strategies across Accor Apartments and Realty properties to strengthen brand awareness and positive perceptions, but also meet key business targets like direct bookings, loyalty contribution. Drive hotel activity for the hotels under the following brands; Art Series Hotels, Pullman, Peppers, Mantra, The Sebel, Handwritten Collection and BreakFree across Australia, New Zealand and Hawaii. Supporting the Director of Hotel Marketing and Marketing Manager in daily activities and administration. Support and manage multiple marketing inboxes Support activity across multiple channels, including all CRM, digital and social platforms, leveraging owned opportunities via sales, promotions, loyalty, sponsorships. Copywriting for multiple platforms, including email marketing, social media, websites, marketing collateral, etc. Develop strong understanding of brand portfolios, taking on the role of brand ambassador, assisting various stakeholders on brand guidelines, imagery, tone of voice, brand projects, etc. Assist with developing marketing collateral and manage implementation process. Assist with regular campaign reporting across multiple channels. Assist with leveraging Loyalty Levers including ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Accor Plus to increase visibility.
