Based in our Burleigh Heads office, you’ll be the go-to expert for driving organic growth and shaping the SEO vision for a diverse portfolio of clients. What You’ll Be Doing Own and execute bespoke SEO strategies across multiple client accounts Track and report on KPIs, turning data into compelling insights and actionable recommendations Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, content writers, and marketers to ensure seamless execution Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Optimise site architecture, technical health, and on-page performance Mentor junior SEO staff and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and excellence What You’ll Bring 2 years' experience in SEO (agency or in-house) with a track record of delivering measurable results Strong technical SEO knowledge – site audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, etc. Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to interpret data and build clear, compelling recommendations Bonus: Experience working with eCommerce brands or large-scale content sites Why Join This Team?
