This 2026 IBL program focuses on Marketing as a Marketing Assistant role and commences mid-January 2026. You will need to commit to full-time office hours until end of January 2027. To qualify for this program, you must be an undergraduate student currently completing your penultimate year of study. As at January 2026 you must have a remaining 12 months or 2 semesters of study to complete your degree. Ideally, you are studying a Marketing related degree. Responsibilities The role: Within this 12 months Marketing Assistant role (January 2026-January 2027), the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the brand Marketing functions, and you will be involved in all marketing related activities from a support and development perspective, directly affecting the business’s sales and profit objectives. This role will require you to assist with the execution of annual marketing calendar, work with dealer partners to ensure the brand is being represented correctly. You will assist with the planning and delivery of customer and dealer training events. As well as this, you will work closely with external creative agency and media buying agency to coordinate delivery of retail marketing and support the internal PR team to create increased product awareness. You will also work across various areas of the business on a project-by-project basis to gain a broader understanding of the business context. You will also support the coordination and facilitate the preparation and production of marketing material and assets, including promotional brochures and bulletins for new product releases, promotions, sales campaigns, marketing literature and other sales materials. This role will provide practical experience whilst interacting with key agency business partners and some involvement in marketing strategy development. Your keen eye for detail will ensure accuracy in the work you produce, and enable you to develop or document new processes and initiatives. A strong interest in immersing yourself in this role will lead you to achieve greater insights into this business unit, and the Truck industry as a whole as you begin your career in Marketing.
