We’re looking for a CRM Specialist – Performance on a 12-month max term contract (parental leave cover) to take the lead in executing, analysing, and optimising data-driven campaigns that fuel acquisition, retention, loyalty, and reactivation across our brands. What you'll do: Blend hands-on campaign delivery with insight-led improvements to optimise results. Build and launch targeted email, SMS, and in-app journeys using Braze . Measure and analyse campaign performance through tools such as Looker and Hotjar . Identify opportunities to test, innovate, and improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and lifecycle teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful. Maintain a strong focus on compliance and best practice in a regulated industry.
