As an Admissions Officer , you’ll play a critical role in guiding prospective students from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience throughout their learning journey. This is a fast-paced, customer-centric role with a strong focus on administration, compliance, and communication. Key Responsibilities Convert enquiries and registrations into successful student enrolments Provide accurate course advice and assess student eligibility Conduct pre-training reviews and complete enrolments over the phone Ensure data accuracy across systems such as VETtrak, VETenrol, Canvas, and Salesforce Deliver exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls and web enquiries Process and verify enrolment paperwork for compliance Meet daily performance targets and KPIs Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Compliance, and Training Delivery
