Are you ready to lead, drive, and initiate meaningful change in how data quality is embedded across platforms and processes? Netwealth is seeking a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence scalable, sustainable data quality practices aligned with regulatory and operational goals. What You’ll Do: Design, implement, and plan AML and data quality rules to ensure integrity and compliance. Produce reports and dashboards that surface actionable insights. Define and maintain rules for Critical Data Elements (CDEs) aligned with APRA obligations. Connect with data owners and stewards to manage quality and AML adherence. Support governance by helping to develop and monitor policies and standards. Direct the enhancement of InvestigateDQ for scalable rule development. The role ensures data quality is proactively designed into business and technology solutions You’ll bring initiative, attention to detail, and a passion for solving problems. Experience in Financial Services, APRA regulations (CPS 234, CPG 235), Agile methodologies, or leading distributed teams is a plus.
