Your new role : Joining a hardworking and supportive team, and reporting to the Regional Credit Manager, you'll take ownership of your own ledger and play a key role in the accounts receivable function. This role will see you building strong relationships with both internal and external customers while applying your administration and customer service skills across a variety of tasks. Your responsibilities : Maintain General Ledger Debtor account collections for our branch network Allocation of account payments Reconciling customer accounts General administrative and office duties including data entry Handle accounts receivable for the Credit Team Manage inbound and outbound calls to support stores and customers Process credit card payments for the credit office Ensure adherence to MML policies and procedures (e.g., SPI’s) Your new company : AWM form part of the MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) family, with over 400 stores and 4,000 staff nationwide. Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to support day-to-day operations. Strong Communication Skills : Confident in engaging with the business via phone and email, with a professional and approachable demeanour Detail-Oriented & Organised : Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
