Our client is a leading healthcare organisation based in Sydney. They are seeking an IT Commercial Analyst to join on a full-time basis. You will work closely with the Infrastructure and Technology teams to ensure budgets, processes, and systems run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage IT budgets (CapEx/OpEx), including annual forecasting and ongoing tracking. Monitor spending and provide visibility on financial performance against budget. Partner with project teams to forecast and allocate resourcing and IT costs. Support purchase order management and approvals through D365. Work under the Infrastructure team to document processes and frameworks. Gather requirements, ask the right questions, and translate business needs into clear technical documentation. Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and ensure documentation is accurate and fit-for-purpose. Act as a bridge between business teams and IT, reducing the workload on business stakeholders. About You Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, or financial tracking. Some exposure to IT systems, licensing, or D365 preferred (not essential). Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
