This is a hands-on role where you will support your team by providing coaching, mentoring and leading by example. You will equally be responsible for the operational management of your sales team, including stocking, reporting and data analysis. What the role entails: Establish, monitor and ensure long- and short-term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI Mentoring and coaching sales team Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience.
