About the Role We’re hiring a NDIS Planning Lead to take ownership of participant plans – from setup through to ongoing reviews, coordination and claiming. This is a client-facing role requiring strong stakeholder relationship skills. You’ll be working directly with NDIA, Support Coordinators, guardians, plan managers and families — often navigating complex and sensitive situations. You’ll also liaise across our internal teams (Service Delivery, Finance, Risk & Compliance) to keep plans up to date, claimable, and aligned to the right supports. This role suits someone who thrives under pressure, can manage competing priorities, and has a strong grasp of both the NDIS landscape and the basics of funding/claiming . Key Responsibilities Own the setup, structure, and ongoing management of participant plans Liaise directly with external stakeholders (NDIA, SCs, families, plan managers) Track plan usage, expiry dates, uplifts, and reviews Ensure plans are structured to support accurate NDIS claiming Coordinate internally across Service Delivery, Finance and Risk Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid funding or compliance risks Spot gaps in our internal processes and help improve workflows Maintain accuracy across systems (Salesforce, PRODA, etc.) About You Background in account management, service coordination, or similar Strong stakeholder engagement experience – especially with NDIA and families Experience in disability services or NDIS operations Working knowledge of NDIS plans, funding categories, and claiming Confident using systems and managing data (Salesforce experience a plus) Highly organised, calm under pressure, and outcomes-driven Clear communicator – able to navigate tough conversations when needed Why Join Us Fast-moving, impact-driven team Hybrid working model – CBD-based office with flexibility Strong support from leadership and cross-functional teams Opportunities to improve and shape how we deliver support Real impact behind the scenes – make your work matter Sound like you?
