About the Role This role is responsible for leading high-quality practice for people we support To achieve this, the role entails: Team leadership, ensuring staff maintain a focus on client directed support aligned to personal goals & service delivery objectives Monitoring and evaluating support plans Confirming accurate case notes and reports are completed regularly by the team and that regular case reviews are conducted Working collaboratively Implement strategies to engage, develop and retain high performing teams Assist with planning budget expenditure and then ensuring services are delivered within the approved budget Participate in the On-Call after hours support roster as required What we can offer you ELMO is an agile and innovative for purpose organisation with a growth agenda across Australia.
