About the Role Ideally familiar with the recruitment world, you would have a proven record in areas such as talent acquisition, administration, customer service or sales. Hours Renumeration 9am-5pm Full time or Part-time hours (minimum 3 days) Hybrid Working from home available post training $36-38 p/h Superannuation Bonus opportunities Casual ongoing opportunity with potential permanency Duties include End-to-end recruitment for both temporary and permanent vacancies Sourcing candidates, ad writing, screening, interviewing and shortlisting Administration duties, database management, data entry Candidate inductions, onboarding and management Roster management including maintaining pool of available casuals Managing both client and candidate expectations to secure win-win outcomes Growing your client base by pro-actively sourcing new opportunities Support & communicate with colleagues in our VIC and NSW branches Required skills & attributes Professional and lively demeanor Experience with CRM systems (JobAdder will be viewed upon favorably) Understanding of Logistics and Recruitment is very advantageous Ability to communicate with "customers" effectively Car and License is ideal A passion for people interaction Understanding of Warehousing/Logistics recruitment would be beneficial Motivated to drive your own success as an individual Ability to contribute to the recruitment process Professional presentation and mannerisms Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word & Excel) Motivated, hardworking, honest, flexible and reliable Ability to develop and maintain relationships Ability to source/generate leads Recruitment experience highly regarded What you will need to succeed We are looking for a driven, outgoing person who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style.
