They are now seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to manage and grow key customer relationships across the APAC region. Location: Remote within Australia (applicants must have valid Australian work rights) Employment Type: Permanent - Fulltime role Must-have: - Background in Telematics, Fleet Management, or Fleet Safety software - Experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager ( not Sales ) - Must be based in Australia and have valid Australian work rights Key Responsibilities: Manage the full post-sale customer lifecycle across enterprise fleet accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level. Ensure renewals, drive adoption, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for customer issues. Gather customer feedback to support product improvement. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, finance, and support. About You: Experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager with previous experience in SaaS within the fleet management/fleet safety sector is essential Proven ability to manage enterprise or large customer accounts. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. Results-driven with a strong focus on customer success and business growth. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Familiarity with the automotive or fleet industry is a plus. Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
