About the Role As an Business Admin & Sales Support , you’ll play a key support role in our vibrant luxury environment working with Business to Business and by appointment only consumers, assisting the Store Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll contribute to both the operational excellence and sales support performance of the store while helping create lasting impressions for our valued customers — from homeowners to architects and building designers and construction companies. Key Responsibilities Team & Sales Support Inspire and guide your customers and business clients to consistently deliver outstanding customer service. Support the Store Manager in day to day operations admin, telephone support, sales support, product selection. Sales & Customer Engagement Drive showroom sales enquiries by appointment only and wholesale clients including Building and Construction companies and profitability by supporting the team and aligning with store goals. Build strong relationships with customers, design professionals, and trade clients. Provide tailored advice on premium product ranges, ensuring each customer finds the right solution. Oversee customer orders, stock availability, invoicing, returns, and account balances with precision. Operations & Compliance Assist with store opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks. Only Monday-Friday 830am-5pm Manage stock control, product movement, and store presentation standards. Ensure payment processes and in-store systems align with company policies. Participate in stocktakes, ensure compliance with approval processes, and maintain operational best practices. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in any of the following areas- Prestart Consultant Residential Building, Kitchen and Household Appliances role in a Showroom or luxury retail setting. Proven ability to support sales and store operations. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for premium products and solutions. Positive energy and engaging personality. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of professionalism and product knowledge. Why us?
