S A Trading Pty Ltd, t/as SKA Catering, is seeking a qualified and experienced full-time Cook to join our team in Glenroy, Victoria. Requirements : The ideal candidate must have: A minimum of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery At least 1 year of relevant work experience Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Seasoning and cooking a wide range of dishes, from soups and entrées to main courses Creating and preparing dishes according to recipes Garnishing and presenting food in an appealing manner Estimating food requirements and managing inventory Ensuring proper storage of raw ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, spices, groceries, meats, etc. Adhering to all legal, health, hygiene, and safety regulations relevant to the food industry Candidate Attributes : The successful applicant should: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends Demonstrate punctuality and maintain regular attendance Be self-motivated and capable of working independently Contribute positively to a team environment Be energetic, efficient, and enthusiastic What We Offer : A full-time employment contract for a minimum of 2 years, with potential for extension An annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000, commensurate with skills and experience Statutory superannuation contributions in addition to the salary To Apply : Please send your detailed resume to: skacatering183@gmail.com
